Spine Health Facts

Low back pain costs Americans $60 billion per year in treatments.

BackStrong Program

At SpineOne Rehab, our patients work hard to improve the strength and function of their spine during the course of their treatment program.  If a patient discontinues exercise altogether after treatment, it is likely he will notice a slow, gradual decrease in spinal strength and function which will most likely be associated with the return of symptoms.

Thus, providing an "after treatment" program that helps patients maintain their own spinal health is important to us. We call this unique program our BackStrong Program.

After treatment, patients are enrolled in the BackStrong Program. It is equipped with state of the art exercise equipment that is designed to help keep the spine strong and fit after care. The equipment offered in this program includes:

  • CORE lumbar extension machine
  • CORE 4-way neck machine
  • CORE abdominal machine
  • CORE torso rotation machine
  • Chest Press
  • Leg Press
  • Lat Pulldown
  • Aerobic equipment

Our BackStrong Program is staffed with exercise physiologists who assist our members in designing and developing their own unique program to meet  specific needs. On your first visit, we will orient you on how to use the equipment and what you must know to design your own program.

There will always be a team member present to assist you if needed.

Advantages of participating in this program include:

  • Maintenance and/or continued improvement in spinal strength and function.
  • Improved muscular endurance.
  • Increased bone density.
  • Reduced risk of injury.
  • Improved range of motion and flexibility.
  • Improved self confidence.
  • Enhanced activity of daily living.

With the SpineOne BackStrong Program, we can help you maintain a healthier spine.
