What to expect from your Physical Therapy

During the first visit to SpineOne Rehab, you will be evaluated by a physical therapist who will conduct an initial evaluation and develop an appropriate plan of care in strict accordance with the ordering physician's prescription.

After your initial evaluation, you will begin actively working to reach your goals of decreased pain and increased function. The typical SpineOne Rehab treatment program is approximately 8-12 weeks in length.

Our multidimensional approach to patient care includes:

  • Physical therapy evaluation.
  • Interpretation of evaluation leading to a treatment plan
  • Strict adherence to the ordering physician's prescription
  • Instruction in home exercises, beginning with the very first visit
  • Constant communication with the physician's office regarding pt's progress
  • Referral to other providers to complement the therapy
  • Patient participation in a variety of exercise options
  • Return to more productive work and home activities
  • Education in transitioning to gym-based program
  • Coordination of visits with MRIs/procedures/physician office visits/work schedules
